I am experienced in services procurement, both on the client and bidder side. I can help companies win business through clear and compelling tender responses.

My client side work includes developing technical specifications and evaluating tender responses, working closely with procurement experts and operational or technical colleagues across small, medium and very large organisations.

On the supplier side I have developed a highly successful approach to bid support, based around understanding the client and their key procurement objectives and how the bidder can demonstrate their capabilities in a way that not only answers the exam question, but provides a compelling narrative offer.

I also specialise in developing financial models to support population of tender cost schedules and to provide forecasts of cashflows and develop working profit & loss spreadsheets and NPV/IRR investment models.

At NCP, I expanded the rail parking portfolio from 3 to 12 contracts in three years. This was in addition to leading a busy operational team through the process of expansion and mobilisation of new contracts as well as maintaining excellent service to existing clients. Like many companies, I did not have a separate Business Development or Bid Writing team, but chose to handle this responsibility personally, thus honing my skills along the way. This is why I can provide valuable knowledge, skills and experience for small to medium enterprises.
